This is my go-to, it’s light, delicious and fluffy. - 1 cup almond flour - 1/2 tsp baking powder -1/4 tsp salt - 2 eggs - 1/4 cup almond milk - 1 tsp vegan butter - 1tsp vanilla extract ⁃ @imwellty collagen protein 1. Mix all ingredients together expect vegan butter. 2. Use vegan butter on skillet and cook each side 2 minutes
