I used to put SO MUCH emphasis on my workouts because I would feel guilty if I missed one or feel like I was digressing in progress if I skipped it.
when I realized that being “fit and well” was so much more than what I looked like and how long/often I worked out, everything changed.
Now my routine is centred around a balanced approach to wellness and I don’t stress or freak out when I miss a workout because I know im working on other parts of my wellness journey that will do just as much for me (or even more) than any single workout could.
