You can feel and see that your skin is more plump. Thankfully, this toner did not irritate my sensitive skin even though it contains alcohol and fragrance. This is good for matured and normal. Just remember to put on sunscreen in the morning. 🤔FINAL THOUGHTS: Both of these toners were true in terms of their claims which is brightening. However, they are too expensive for toners.
