First time on Nantucket 🐚 We’re staying at The Swain House at @21broad — a beautifully restored 19th-century captain’s home right next door to the main building — just steps from the ferry and historic downtown (they are kindly hosting us in exchange for content 🫶🏻). My room is full of natural light, the kind that makes mornings feel slower in the best way. And so far the island itself feels like a movie set — cobblestone streets, classic jeeps, flowers in bloom, and that iconic Nantucket look: houses lined in cedar shingles, faded into that soft gray-brown wood shaped by sun, salt, and sea air. It’s coastal, cozy, and timeless in all the right ways. It’s my first time here — send over your favorite spots to eat, sip, shop, and stroll. Mi habitación está llena de luz natural, de esa que hace que las mañanas se sientan más lentas... pero en el mejor sentido. Y hasta ahora, la isla parece sacada de una película — calles de adoquines, jeeps clásicos, flores por todos lados y ese estilo tan típico de Nantucket: casas con revestimiento de tejas de cedro, ya gastadas por el sol, la sal y el aire del mar en ese tono gris-marrón suave tan característico. Todo se siente costero, acogedor y atemporal en el mejor de los sentidos. Es mi primera vez acá — mándenme sus lugares favoritos para comer, tomar algo, comprar y pasear.
