Good luck not eating it all. 🎥 @thenutritiouskitchen S’mores brownie bake >> 1 bag keto brownie mix 1 cup paleo chocolate chips/chunks, divided (unsweetened to keep keto friendly) 1 cup mini marshmallows or marshmallow fluff (I used a combination of both) Graham crackers for serving Directions >> Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray an 8 inch cast iron with cooking spray and set aside. Prepare brownie mix according to instructions. Mix in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and spread. Bake for 25 minutes. Add the remaining chocolate chunks on top of the brownies immediately out of the oven. Top with marshmallows/fluff. Place back in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the chocolate is melted. Set to broil for another 2 minutes to get crisp on top.
