Ask yourself these questions: What has happened or changed in my life since feeling like I’ve fallen off track? How have I been feeling emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually? What have my daily habits and routines looked like and am I really taking care of myself and honouring my needs in this season of life? How have I been speaking to myself? How would I speak to my best friend to help them overcome this and get back on track? 2. Reconnect 🤲 Why is this goal so important to you and what does life look like on the other side of achieving it? What does life look like if nothing changes and life stays the same? The pain of staying the same is often greater than the pain of change. 3. Refocus 🧘 What’s ONE small thing I can do today to help me get back on track? What’s ONE small thing I can commit to this week that will feel like a win? Are there any supports or boundaries that need to put in place to help me stay commited to my goals? Are there any changes that need to be made in my mental, physical, digital, or social environments to make my environment agree with my goals?
