27 hours is a small price to pay. I spent 27 hours in the Seattle airport last week because I decided to travel during the craziest travel week of the year. They say it’s not the destination it’s the journey, but a lot of the mystique of the journey has been lost with air travel, but contentment in the moment is all about an eye toward the gifts, blessings, and opportunities around you. I had the opportunity to explore the Seattle airport FOR 27 HOURS and I guess I know my way around now. After being “trapped” in Seattle for 3 days we finally made it to Alaska. And it was worth it! Everywhere you looked God’s craftsmanship was on display. Every mountain, river, and snowflake was breathtaking. It is a place that makes you feel small and if you don’t take it seriously it will bite you in the a**. I may or may not have jumped in a river and almost lost a couple toes.
