Some highlights from an astoundingly good meal @osteriailaria - the Bultarra lamb cutlets with radish and fermented elderberries is now my all time favourite lamb dish! Smoked eel tonnata with fresh and grilled zucchini, Murray cod with orange koshu, saffron and preserved lemon and the king George whiting spaghetti with sardine and koji emulsion weren’t far behind. Super impressed with how they employed char and bitterness to balance flavour.
