CONGRATULATIONS TO THE WORLD CHAMPIONS 🥇 _ Team germany @butcherwolfpack 🐺 have won the 2022 World Butchers’ Challenge in Sacramento. 🇩🇪🏆 The team not only took the world championship title, they also won the category: „Best Beef Sausage“ and „Best Gourmet Sausage“. Also, Michael Moser @dereingefleischte is named to the six-member “All Star Team.” 🥳 Congratulations from the whole DRY AGER team! 🥳 We are proud to support you. 🙌 What ́s the World Butchers' Challenge? At the @worldbutcherschallenge, butchers from all over the world meet and compete at a very high level. The competition itself is conducted over a period of three hours and fifteen minutes, with participating teams being provided half a beef, half a pork, whole lamb and five chickens, which must then be finished into a themed display. Teams are allowed to bring their own spices, marinades and ingredients. The challenge is to come up with something new, but something that can be made, sold and prepared in everyday life.
