These are fresh thoughts from my morning session. To live with both passion and pain, I need to know where my empathy meter is. That gives me direction. From there, it’s about finding the tools to grow for my wife, my kids, and for myself. Being a good man starts with being one for yourself. And that version should be grounded in strong morals, honest desires, and meaningful goals. I think this is what our women want from us. A man who is able to feel. And feeling is hard.
