One of my all time favourite super- quick TV suppers, watching the highly impressive #commonwealthgames Aren’t we doing well? @latuapasta Tagliatelle w/ pan roasted @iowtomatoes @londonsmokecure streaky bacon, a handful of fresh peas, a dollop of @thedorsetdairyco double cream stirred into the pan and a grating of @nealsyarddairy Berkswell cheese. Oh and a great big slug of @mestooliveoil to finish 10 minutes from start to finish. Definitely worth a gold medal 🥇 Here’s to another glorious weekend.
