I was inspired to write my cocktail book after watching ACOTAR fans all over the world throw themed parties and book club nights complete with cocktails inspired by the series (as one does). As a fan myself, I wanted to create drinks and images that would drag readers straight back into the ACOTAR world through my recipes and photography…no portals required. Last night, I got to host a bookish mixology class based on the book, and getting to see that vision come to life was honestly surreal. My hope has always been for this book to end up in book clubs and in the hands of fellow book lovers to be enjoyed with friends, laughter, and drinks that may or may not sneak up on you. Last night, I got to watch that actually happen in real time. Huge thank you to @costatequila for partnering with me for the event.
