December 2022 > May 2021 > January 2019. My “introvert era” has been the hardest I’ve ever worked. I got my aura captured and read again at @tertiarysight in nashville last weekend. it’s unreal to see my hard work paying off. the last three years have been challenging for us all but this last year especially I dove head first into all of my deepest wounds to finally begin to try and heal them. I feel it. And now seeing it I feel this level of pride I’ve never quite felt before. Journaling, meditating, walking, self love. It all really pays off. I had to stop numbing my pain and face it head on. I don’t find this easy to speak about but if by some chance this post inspires even one person to look inward and begin their healing journey then this was worth a share. We don’t need to carry our pain forever and by beginning to release it I feel so aligned with myself the the magic coming my way in 2023. Also s/o to my amazing therapist, the friends I hold the closest to my heart, @lesliemosier and @lynngvnn for this fun lil day. 💖
