Monday motivation!! 😆 If I can do it.. you can do it! I promise!! The last time I played a sport was in 8th grade, I’ve never had a trainer, I work full time, and I’m a single mom. I say all that to say ... I had every excuse to avoid the gym too. For a long time I did and I let the excuses win. But once I started.. I’ve never looked back and I am so grateful!!
