Ever wonder what’s in the drawers in your GYN’s office?⁣ ⁣ I have definitely busted some peeps taking a look in there while waiting for me to come to the exam room lol. I’m not judging. (And I know some of y’all take gauze and bandaids etc lol...again, I’m not judging 🤣).⁣ ⁣ We keep some of the tools we use in there - speculums, swabs of all types, and solutions we put the swabs in so that we can isolate whatever we’re looking for from your sample. We have gauze and those giant q-tips to manage bleeding if we do a procedure or if we need to wipe away fluids to see better. We have gloves in there...all kinds of stuff. ⁣ ⁣ I know that the curiosity of what’s in the drawers and cabinets can really eat at some peeps, so here’s a little taste of what’s in there!⁣ ⁣ Have any of y’all gone through the cabinets/drawers at your doctor’s office?
