my mother-in-law gifted me these korean clay pots (뚝배기 - ttukbaegi) so i wanted to make some korean egg soufflé for simon! i’ve been making this every day since... it’s delicious 🥚🍳 egg soufflé (계란찜 - gyeranjjim) • 5 eggs • 1/2 cup water • 1/2 tbsp anchovy extract or fish sauce • 1/2 tbsp salted shrimp or just salt recipe • beat eggs and add anchovy extract and salted shrimp • boil water in the clay pot • once boiling, add the egg mixture and lower heat • once egg starts scrambling, put a lip over the pot • let cook over low heat for 5 mins • enjoy! #eggsouffle #gyeranjjim #koreanfood #koreanegg
