Chef Lacaze is bringing his passion for French food and steak to an innovative and experiential menu for the month of October. Modern Steak will offer an exclusive and limited time French Steakhouse pop-up on the second floor of the Stephen Avenue location. Bifteck Moderne will be offering the best of French cuisine and drink pairings to Calgary from October 1 - October 29, 2022. “We are very excited to bring Chef Xavier Lacaze to present Bifteck Moderne,” says Founder and Owner Stephen Deere. “This is going to be an incredible dining experience with an amazing chef.
