I recently recorded a deeply personal essay with my friends at @meditativestory about my philosophy on life and existence. It’s the most personal set of reflections I’ve ever shared. I’ve been moved by the impact it’s had on so many of you and have relished all of your messages to me about how it’s changed you in some way.
