Here’s how I get my curtain bang curls to last all day! Pomade is such a versatile product! I find that the white waxy ones are best for smoothing frizz/flyaways, and the clear gel-pomades are fantastic for holding curtain bang curls. The trick is to use a tinnnnny bit (a little goes a long way) and slightly bend the hair in the direction you want the curl. In this video, I’m using the Insertnamehere No Fly Zone Pomade, but I’ve included below a rec available at Sephora and a drugstore pick!
Do you use any hair styling products? What are your go-tos? I have my faves but I’m looking into researching more! Lmk!
1. @insertnamehere No Fly Away Zone $22— love the strong hold! It has a slight sticky tackiness to it, a little goes a long way!
2. @bumbleandbumble Curl Gel Pomade $32 (available @sephora ) — this one is made for curly hair, but I find it works great on straight hair that’s been curled. It makes hair shiny, too!
3. @dukecannon News Anchor Pomade $12.99 (available @cvs_beauty ) — the brand says this formula contains protein to strength and repair hair while it holds.
