I collect these vintage cookbooks and this recipe caught my eye! What do you guys think? Quirky? Or hidden gem?
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can sliced, pitted ripe olives, drained and chopped
2 cups mayo
1/2 cup grated onion
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a bowl, stir together all ingredients
Transfer mixture to a small baking dish
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with golden edges
