Definitely some type 2 fun last night! 🤪 Originally I hadn’t expected to race and then I doubted whether I would make it through race 1 and into race 2... however we came up with a plan and luckily my legs also showed up! 💪🏼💥 I grabbed the 1st of 5 golden tickets in Race 1, breaking away and holding on until the Broad Street sprint on the Richmond course, and then in Race 2 I escaped with @kkulchinsky on Fox Hill to secure the 2nd of 3 golden tickets 🎟 I was then pretty cooked for the final race and was eliminated first on Crit City but to make it to the final 10 riders was pretty awesome! Given that Zwift racing helped me uncover my injury earlier this year I’m hoping this points towards my surgery being successful and is a sign of some great things to come!
