I stopped wearing anything that showed my shoulders and generally wanted to hide in oversized clothing. F that noise. I never did the affirmations thing but I’m learning that sometimes it’s needed to override the countless unfair and unhealthy falsehoods we’ve all internalized. Say it with me? I am beautiful.
