This recipe is the perfect balance of sweet and spicy, and so easy to make! Here’s what you’ll need: 1.5 oz tequila blanco 4-5 Driscoll’s strawberry slices .5 oz hot honey (if using a thicker hot honey, dilute the honey with a little hot water to achieve a thinner consistency) .75 oz lime juice .5 oz Cointreau Rim: hot honey + tajín Method: Rinse Driscoll’s fresh strawberries and cut into small slices. Add 4-5 strawberry slices and tequila into a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add in the rest of the ingredients with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Rim a rocks glass with hot honey and tajín. Strain cocktail over ice and garnish with a fresh Driscoll’s strawberry slice and chili pepper.
