MUSHROOM MELT 🍄 🥪 Yesterday was my day off and at first I wanted poke but it was closed. I decided to venture away from the west side and ended up at one of my favorite place to grab a sandwich. @JuicyBrew has this sandwich made with @breadshophnl focaccia stuffed with portobello mushroom, spinach, caramelized onion, bell pepper, pesto aioli, and cheez - And Yes, this is #VEGAN. Here me out! I want to help change your mind on vegan food. I’m not vegan at all but I enjoy it A LOT! I’m your typically local boy, I like my fish and rice. So whenever I can enjoy some vegetables that are not boring and taste delicious then I’m all for it. Full disclosure: I have only eaten two items from Juicy Brew. One being their breakfast sandwich, which was once, and the other item is there Mushroom Melt that I had like 1 Millions times. I should really try some other stuff.
