I drew this while working on Charlize Theron’s Monster in 2002~. The right space is intentionally left empty... means the future is unwritten. She won the Oscar for the best actress so she filled it in herself. She also surprised me good with posting my photos on the magazine for her article. Thank you Charlize! Nearly two decades after the movie was released, the prosthetic teeth she wore to play her character are now displayed at The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures. I never expected this to happen when I was working on them and am so honored to be a part of the historical event with incredible artists.
