#onthisday I cannot believe it has been 3 years since I started this journey. this was the very 1st fitness challenge I ever did. I changed it so many times in the 30 days I did it. I went from wanting to be the skinnest version of myself to the strongest version of myself while getting leaner at the same time. after watching this, I kind want to do the challenge again! it was really fun!
