Renovations can be difficult.. this one actually wasn’t too bad... just really really cold when we roughed all this in... passed inspection today tho 4 baths laundry and kitchen Island rough in! It’s un accessible underneath so I ran the Pex lines with sweeps up into the cabinet location to prevent any fittings from being below the hardwood floors in an inaccessible area... we waited a few weeks to get the inspection here because they had to finish framing and get HVAC to catch up with us so the inspector could come out just the once... Youve gotta love it when the pressure test pumps right up no leaks! And best of all no primer drips! Hey I didn’t even have to melt any PVC on this one!
