This year I’ve been around the world what feels like 10 times playing shows - it’s been a complicated yet beautiful experience - I will always approach sharing music as a gift-giving process and being honest about how much I was giving/how under resourced I was feeling towards the end of the year is something I’m glad I did. Nevertheless I’ve had some really life changing moments alongside friends (Florence, Ella, Claire, Phoebe, Harry and Billie thank you so much for sharing your wisdom and your stages with me). Some dream new milestones for me personally included selling out Australia and New Zealand, playing in Japan for the first time and smashing onigiri at every given opportunity. Festival season brought me from Glastonbury to Coachella to Iceland Airwaves to Melt. My year has been full to bursting and I just wanted to put my arms out and say thank you to everyone who came out to see me - you are who I do this for - I don’t take this for granted.
