Going into the holiday season, it’s important to allow ourselves the space to enjoy life without harsh restrictions 100% of the time. Don’t give up your favorite homemade cookies made by Nana that only come once a year because you think wellness only means one thing - wellness is not just health, fitness and eating vegetables - while that’s a large part of it, you can only successfully achieve that if you free yourself from 100% restrictions and let yourself live 🧦🍪🎄☕️ There is a time to be strict with yourself, but remember that there are also times (just as important) to enjoy all the other things life has to offer too!
