Hey beauty professionals do you have elbow pain? If you do then you have to try these!
The most common cause of elbow pain is inflammation of the tendons around the elbow better known as tendinitis and is often the result of overuse. Repetitive movements from everyday work, household chores, golf, or tennis can affect the muscles above and below the elbow.
Good news! Exercises and stretches can help prevent/treat injuries to the elbow.
Exercises:
1. Wrist extension stretch
2. Cross friction massage of flexor tendons
3. Weighted Eccentric Wrist flexion
Perform each exercise 10-12x and 2-3 sets! Hope these help. Let me know down below if you struggle with elbow pain.
