Thank you to Jon & Sally for having me come on @BBCBreakfast today. Our conversation lead to a powerful moment of healing for me when you asked me about the darker times in my life. To be able to speak about my experience of being bullied at school and then publically on TV for years which led to a spiral into depression and having to leave the place I called home, it felt healing to confront my once fear and not have to run away from the pain anymore knowing by doing so, many of you that have experienced and still are experiencing bullying or racism feel seen and know that we’ll get through this together 🙏🏽💫 I hope for those of you that have had to endure similar experiences in life, can find your peace and happiness as no one has the right to ever take that away from you❤️ Love you. x
