TRUST - The first 30+ spots were filled with long-term business friends of mine who I've consistently overdelivered value to over and over. When you create wins and go above and beyond consistently in relationships, you'll have no shortage of people who want to be part of what you're building next. . 2. RELENTLESS FOLLOW UP - Even with strong relationships, only 20% of deals will close without strong follow up. You have to remind people of the value, and of their desire to get access to that value repeatedly (without being annoying). . 3. VALUE - Deliver 10X the value for the price tag. That's what this group does for the target market (7 - 9 figure entrepreneurs), thanks to @danfleyshman's vision. . 4. BE THE BEST - Always ask the question "How can I do this 10X better than my competition?" and then create your product with that in mind. . 5. RARELY ACCEPT "NO" - Probably 50% of those who signed up, originally told me "no" and fired off some objection. Objections are meant to be overcome. If you don't push back and do just that, you will sell very little, and unfortunately people who truly NEED your product or service won't get the value you are offering. . 6. BELIEF - Part of pushing back properly is having the strongest conviction and belief that your product or service can truly help people and change their life. If you don't believe in your product, who will? If you do, you'll persuade people and they will truly thank you later. . 7. GET RESOURCEFUL - 50 members in I had honestly exhausted my own pool of prospects. So, I got resourceful and asked for help, made more phone calls, created more win-wins, collaborated with more people, and voila, the final 50 spots got filled.
