Second trimester makes me want to be pregnant all the time!!! Things that have changed: morning sickness that lasts all day + fatigue. Things that have not changed: my loyalty to sourdough + butter and my food aversions (especially to most protein!). I’m really trying to up my nutrition game in the second trimester and especially to get more protein so I’ve been making my 30g protein overnight oats on repeat (using @perelelhealth vanilla protein, my perelel code is AVA20) + supplementing it with my 2nd tri supplements pack daily. Making sure Jellobaby is fed well! Comment “health” for my 2nd tri routine.
