💘 ”Being me is such a curse” One of the things I love best about cosplay is how you can transform into anyone you want to be- even if that character’s personality isn’t the same as your own. Like my Aphrodite cosplay, for example. I hardly see myself as a flirty goddess while in “real life”, but as soon as I put on my wig, purple makeup and red dress, I suddenly become confident, empowered, and a little bit sultry. It’s amazing how just wearing the costume of a character can let you transform into them and take on their personality, even if just for a moment. Somehow whenever I cosplay with body paint, it always ends up being a purple character! Do you have any specific types of character's that you are drawn to?
