MIN 3️⃣ 3-legged dog to opposite elbow *switch at 30s*
MIN 4️⃣ box jumps
MIN 5️⃣ incline bird dog pushups
REST & REPEAT! compete 4-5 rounds before, after, or as your workout 🔥
