Thank you @livenationla and @waymo for this opportunity. I was asked to paint a 48x48 inch canvas, all brushwork, in 3 hours. It will now be a part of the waymo art collection. Los Ángeles is so special to me, it is the city of dreamers. It feels surreal to be surrounded by people who’s ideas are as loony as mine. No idea is to big, too extravagant, too crazy. There’s an understanding that the world is built off of crazy people with crazier ideas. It’s a different feel here, everyone is chasing their dreams, giving their heart to their vision, quietly brewing their ideas behind closed doors. There’s an air of confidence here. I used to tell people I wanted to create art for a living and they would look at my pitifully, confused, wondering ( doubting) how I would ever make that my reality. Things have shifted. I now tell people my ultimate goal, to create a theme park, and I don’t bat an eyelash when I say it and mostly here, neither do they, they accept it with excitement, because it’s all possible, here in the city of angels. I got the chance to meet a fav of mine and another fellow dreamer @tokimonsta who was also part of the event, what a life I live, and how truly grateful I am to be here 💕❤️‍🔥
