First I used a round brush and blow dryer to style the face frame to give her the most volume Next I used @Olivia Garden International 1 1/4 curling iron (use code LisaOG2) to give her this undone wave look (tips below) Over direct - curl away from the face, over- directing the hair to frame the face Do not curl the ends- this will give it a softer texture and will elongate the length. If you accidentally curl too much use the iron to flatten the ends. Use a bigger barrel curling iron, if your iron is too small it will create a tighter curl rather than a soft curl. I think the biggest mistake people make is using a smaller barrel for short hair.
