Can I be honest with you all? I feel like I’ve been in a rut lately. With social media, with work, with life, with boards. I feel like it’s all GO GO GO and very little time to breathe. I’m the type of person that wants to do it ALL. But then I hit a wall and become burnt out and then it turns into a self negative pity party for not being able to do it all. I start to feel guilty for watching tv, for leisure reading etc. I feel like I’m forever fighting with these feelings/thoughts. We weren’t created to GO GO GO. We need rest. We need fun. We need relaxation. But why is that so hard for me? Anyway, that’s where I’ve been lately and I’m sure you can see it in my posts/videos. I loooove this community we’ve built and all of you!
