* | DIRECTED BY | * Last year I had THE honor to direct The Queen @tarajiphenson and work along side some of my favorite people on this earth. In this industry we work on a lot of projects. And some only exist for a sliver of time in our memory. But everything that went into pulling this project off, has cemented it in my mind for life. I’m so proud of the final product, and so grateful for the opportunity from @kinlyofficial As directors, especially commercial directors. We don’t always get to meet the talent ahead of time. So sometimes you’re flying blind on what energy may arrive to set. But Taraji put those concerns to rest immediately, with her professionalism and fun bubbly energy. She was a such a pleasure to collaborate with on set, even if the time was so brief.
