Growing up, I was self-conscious about my flat feet. Turns out that an insecurity has built a strong foundation for balance, control, flow, and so much fun with martial arts. Footwork is key, which is why I’m appreciating @converse as a pleasant surprise for keeping me grounded. And dancing, heh. #ConverseHighTops — I’m only 8 months into synthesizing my training, resonating with what feels right and leaving the rest behind. Leveling up with a warrior mind and heart.
