The power of play Being a coach and an athlete at the same time is a fascinating experience. I’ve been feeling bummed after my past two Red Bull performances and asked myself what would I tell my divers if they were me? The answer was to PLAY. Remember why you love it. Have fun and stop taking everything so serious... so that’s exactly what I did today. I showed up to the pool and I tried a new dive! Was it perfect? No. Will I try it here in Sydney? Who knows. Regardless, I had fun and left the pool feeling excited about the week to come. #perspective
