UK Black Pride: POWER It's UK Black Pride THIS SUNDAY– Europe’s largest pride celebration for LGBTQI+ people of African, Asian, Caribbean, Latin American and Middle Eastern-descent. It is proud to announce the return of its annual in-person protest and celebration on Sunday, 14 August, 2022. UK Black Pride’s last in-person event saw over 10,000 people convene in Haggerston Park in Hackney, after outgrowing its presence at Vauxhall Park in Lambeth. As a mark of its continued growth, UK Black Pride will host its annual event at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford. They are celebrating with inclusive and free voguing workshops and a vogue runway performance. They will have the support of DJ Remi Martin aka, ‘RoadmanPrincess to help you vogue into the night. The programme starts with the voguing workshops from 3.30pm - 4.30pm, followed by the professionals’ performances at 5-5.30pm. To finish off the evening DJ Remi will be on from 5.30pm - close.
