The Studio Museum in Harlem is excited to celebrate the @LinconCenter's new David Geffen Hall, opening October 8, 2022.⠀ ⠀ The opening showcases site-specific artworks by artists Nina Chanel Abney (@ninachanel) and Jacolby Satterwhite (@jacolbysatt)—the result of a partnership between the Studio Museum, @publicartfund, and @lincolncenter. Pictured is Abney's "San Juan Heal," which spans the building's nearly two-hundred-foot-long 65th Street facade with a unique iconography inspired by the rich cultural heritage and complex history of San Juan Hill.
