You know, I’m in pretty good spirits this week despite life, the universe and everything, and feeling like doing a little cocktail countdown to Valentine’s Day. I definitely have a wide variety of appropriately hued options! Shall we begin? 💗Lucky Hearts Club💗 1.5 oz Lobos 1707 Reposado Tequila 1.5 oz Rosé Prosecco .5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice .5 oz Lime Juice .5 oz Simple Syrup 5 Raspberries Rose Water (optional) Combine raspberries and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and muddle into a pulp. Add Reposado, pineapple juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake vigorously to chill and froth up pineapple juice. Pour cold Rosé Prosecco into a chilled coupe glass. Fine strain contents of cocktail shaker into glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries on a pick. Finish cocktail with a spritz or two of rose water from an atomizer.
