It almost doesn’t seem possible that it’s already Thursday, and yet here we are on the eve of another long weekend loaded with crunchy sourdough bagels and we’re starting to get pretty psyched for it. Loose bagels, Nova salmon, schmears and platters are all available for preorder over on Mustardsbagels.com if you just want loosies and to skip the line! This weekend, we’re baking more bagels, smoking more salmon, and we’ll have our autumn harvest special with the butternut-walnut spread and pomegranate molasses as well as our quince and blackberry compote special ready to go along with all of the usual suspects on the menu. In the cups, we have a fresh, super sweet and dried-fruit-forward coffee roasted by @heartroasters and grown in our very favorite Central American growing region: Santa Barbara, Honduras. Finally, the Brown Butter Kabocha Cake is as pumpkin-y as we get around here, so for all you pumpkin heads: come through. We think you’ll dig it.
