If you haven’t been able to lose fat, it isn’t because you have “stored trauma” 🙄 It’s because you’ve been eating in a calorie surplus. Hormones don’t contain energy, and will therefore never cause you to gain weight in the absence of a calorie surplus... Nor will they prevent you from losing fat if you’re legitimately in a calorie deficit. Stop listening to people like this who have no idea what they’re talking about...
