Officially saying goodbye to the sport that raised me... Over a decade of my life has been dedicated to volleyball. Half of my life has revolved around club volleyball. From ClubNet to Ozark, and finally, my home - Storm❤️ I will never forget the day I was cut from the high school team. I will never forget when I had a coach tell me I wasn’t going to get better. I will never forget when I had coaches walk out on me. Volleyball has taught me some of the toughest life lessons that I’ll never forget... but I will also never forget when a coach pulled me aside after a devastating season and told me to give the sport I love so much one last shot. Kyle - thank you for being the coach every athlete needs. You encouraged me to play one last season, and I have 0 regrets about it. You’ve made me a better player and human. Kevin - thank you for being one of the best coaches I’ve ever had, despite never being my coach. Sav - thank you for mentoring me from the start of my storm career. And thank you to my parents, who continued to trust me, support me and encourage me through each season. You gave me nine seasons of dedication, and I can not thank you enough for it. #1 always❤️
