Quick and easy school-night dinner with some sneaky veggies / featuring our friend @amber108 in Seaside Gingham Activewear Set. #surfeatnap
Ingredients:
π your favorite pasta (I love @eatbanza because itβs made with chickpeas and has 20 grams of protien)
π₯ two carrots
π§
1/2 an onion
π§ 2 garlic cloves
π 8oz mushrooms
π₯¬ 2 cups of spinach.
Dice it all up and sautee till mushrooms are cooked down. Add your favorite marinara sauce & simmer for 10 min. Cook your pasta, top with your veggie-loaded sauce + of course Parmesan cheese. ENJOY!
