So glad that the @japanesefoodexpo returned this year! The blue fin tuna fillet demo is always great to see 🐟 and you can taste it freshly sliced. 🍣 There were so many products to learn about and sample! I loved the shiitake powder from @shiitake_japan and the @ohmoriya_official dried seaweed snack. There was plenty of sake to taste as well as Japanese beer and whiskey. 🍶🍺🥃 If you haven’t been, mark your calendar and definitely check them out next year! 🗓
