Tips: • Over numbing can lead to uneven pigmentation once healed • Using 1RL for the outline allows you to create a clean and crisp border. We do not want it to look like a lip liner but small enough as an artist to see • Overlining the lip looks nice at first and if you do not keep up keeping your blush, it will look like when you eat spaghetti and sauce stays on the skin • Using high white pigments on POCS long term will show.
